This clause is a privacy policy between you and the PicsLeap (hereinafter referred to as “we”) for the “PicsLeap” client application provided by us, and this clause has legal effect for you and us. When you use our products or services, you are deemed to have read this Privacy Policy and agree to our collection, storage and use of your information.
Minors please read this agreement with your legal guardian and ensure that you have obtained your guardian ’s express consent before using our products and services.
Article 1 Collection and use of information
In order to improve the quality of services, we may collect and use your relevant information when you use our products and services. We promise that all information is collected within the scope permitted by the relevant laws of mainland China, and has your explicit authorization.
The information we may obtain and the purposes for which it is used are as follows:
1. The device model, identification code, geographic area, system language of the terminal device you are using, network operator identification code, network device hardware address (MAC), software version number, Bluetooth (SDK only), WLAN connection, operation Information such as logs. This information can help us ensure the safe operation of products and services, troubleshoot product failures, record statistics about service usage, and optimize the statistical analysis required for services in order to optimize services for a better experience.
2. Your operation logs when using our products and services, including error logs, crash logs, statistical information, etc. Help us better understand the product's problems in order to improve the service experience.
3. The camera and album permissions of the terminal device you use in order to provide you with business functions such as taking pictures and filters. When you select and click Agree or Open at the pop-up window, it is deemed that you authorize us to access and obtain this part of your device's permissions. If you refuse to provide it, you will not be able to use this feature.
4. Your location information, such as network location, IP address, latitude information, rough location, etc. We obtain this information to comply with relevant laws and regulations, as well as to prevent improper use by users, identify illegal acts by users, and troubleshoot security problems.
5. We may push our products, services, and marketing information to your mobile phone so that you can better understand and use our products and services. If you do not want to receive such information from us, you can choose to reject it at the pop-up window, or you can choose to reject it in the settings of your terminal device.
6. Subject to relevant national laws and regulations, we may allow advertisers of this service to collect user identification information for advertisements. Including the user's advertising identification information, automatically collected and transmitted when using the service.
7. When you submit an inquiry, suggestion or complaint to us, in order to facilitate contact with you and resolve the problem, we may require you to provide valid personally identifiable information for authenticity verification. If you refuse to provide the above information, we may not be able to provide you with the relevant processing results in a timely manner. This is personal sensitive information, we will take strict confidentiality measures and will not share it with third parties.
8. You can stop using our products and services at any time. After you delete the data, due to the permission of the computer system and continuous data backup and archiving features, the remaining copies on the server may take a while to clear.
Article 2 Turn on and off your terminal permissions
When you need to use certain functions of our products or services to trigger the corresponding permission requirements, the system will pop up a window to confirm whether you need to turn on the relevant permissions. If you choose to decline, you cannot use the corresponding functions. You can rest assured that we will not open or use your terminal device permissions without authorization.
The types of permissions we might use are:
1. Camera permissions for taking photos
2. Album permissions for storing and reading photos
3.GPS positioning permission, used to display the photo shooting location in the photo details
4.Bluetooth permission, used to control the Rubik's Cube Filter APP with external devices such as selfie stick
5. Notification permission for software push and message notification
6. Software installation permissions for software updates and installation

When you use our products or services, we assume that you have allowed and agreed to these terms. We will not share or publicly disclose your personal information with any third party, except in the following cases:

Due to service or cooperation needs, such as completing payment transactions or paying for the purchase of Rubik's Cube filters, in order to optimize product statistics and analysis, we may share your information with associated third-party service providers. In order to implement related service agreements, safeguard social public interests, and to protect the safety of the personal property of our customers, us or our affiliates, you or employees or other legitimate, reasonable rights and necessary uses, we will allow Make your personal information publicly available.

Article 4 Data security
We take the security of your personal information very seriously. However, please understand and confirm that due to the limitations of Internet technology, even using all advanced security technologies cannot 100% guarantee the security of information. We recommend that you take necessary measures to ensure the security of your local data.
Article 5 User Face information
If you choose to make some adjustment that requires facial recognition information, our services may take advantage of the results of facial mapping depth related information from Iphone's ARKit API, and may use the plug-in assist service, which may require to use your facial recognition features, in order to ensure the face image processing effect and do feature analysis using the algorithm.
Over that period, we will neither use the results for other purposes, nor capture any data in the file nor upload data to the server for recording purposes or otherwise for collecting facial mapping depth purposes. Facial recognition features are Sensitive Personal Identifying Information. Picsleap will never share it with any third parties.
Article 6 Advertisement information
We may distribute advertisements in our services and collect and use your relevant information for the purpose of tracking advertisements, such as your equipment identifier, MAC address, IMEI, geographical location and IP address. Such information aims to create internal user numbers and help us to count and track the advertisements based on language, location and other details. We will not sell such information to any third party.
Article 7 Updates
We may modify or update this agreement from time to time in accordance with adjustments in business, changes in laws, regulations or policies. Please refer to it promptly. Once the terms are changed, the modified content will be announced on the client. Once the revised terms are published, they will take effect and replace the original terms. If you continue to use our products or services, you are agreeing to the terms in effect at the time. If you do not agree with the revised privacy terms, you have the right and should immediately stop using our products or services.
Article 8 Applicable law and jurisdiction
Disputes arising from this clause shall be under the jurisdiction of the court of the defendant's domicile.
